I am also running VBSEO also and could not get the video.html file to work but I found a workaround....

Edit the template.... seovideos_index_videobar

Near the bottom Change......

<tr><td colspan="4" align="center" class="tfoot"><a href="videos.html">$vbphrase[seo_videos_show_video_index]</a></tr>

To

<tr><td colspan="4" align="center" class="tfoot"><a href="forum/index.php?videos=1">$vbphrase[seo_videos_show_video_index]</a></tr>

This will change the link on the video navbar from videos.html to page that works.

Note: Your forum path may be different...
