The (INFO - vbadvanced or another Portal.txt) has changed for the new v32,v33 games...
Mr.Z added more code to it,,I think it was in the last version..

Have you done the newest index.php edit ???

I had the old index.php edit and my v32,v33 games wouldnt submit..
After I did the newest edit,,they all work...
