Support doesn't cost anything, as for integration, the system simply wasn't designed for this, you can blame me for that, but a 3rd party system with money integration would mess the game up (in the sense of balance anyway). Also as Decado noted, support forums aren't here, unfortunately we can't keep our eyes everywhere

I can honestly say we've never charged existing clients for new releases, wether it bug releases or feature updates/upgrades, even users from the original system still get the latest updates without paying anything extra.
