The PSD files don't need to be uploaded only the files in the 'upload' folder so the 'fB_dark' folder should end up here: "www.yousite.com/forum/fB_dark/'. The PSD files are only used for editing the images such as the header to change the text to your site name

Oh and don't forget to click install
