vb.org Archive - View Single Post - creating a forum from a RSS feed?

I'm having some trouble figuring this out and/or finding a plugin. On vbcoderz.com (for example), they're pulling a feed of vbulletin.org: http://www.vbcoderz.com/forumdisplay.php?f=33 - not sure why it doesn't update often, but that's besides the point.

Can I do this with any news/blog site & populate a subforum for discussion? I have a couple wordpress blogs I'd like to pull feeds off of if possible.
