the config.php.new is not letting me rename but the file dose say config.php when i click on properties it says NEW File Instead Of Php File....can someone upload the original config.php.new file so i can overwrite it then rename it the right way.. i updated to 3.6.7.. when i re download it doesnt change anything.

i opened the file in wordpad before renaming i think that caused this

ps. i already had vb installed but i had to re do computer and lost everything.
