do this :-

Open
product-stamps.xml
with Notepad
and find

<plugin active="1" executionorder="5">
            <title>The Best Topics</title>
            <hookname>forumhome_complete</hookname>
            <phpcode><![CDATA[if (file_exists('./includes/stampbesttread.php'))
                        require_once(DIR . '/includes/stampbesttread.php');]]></phpcode>
        </plugin>

and remove it

that's all ..... try it and tell me
