It is possible to log proxy users instead of redirecting. I'll add that to the todo list
As for the non-javascript users, unfortunately I can't see anyway to log them, but I can allow them access to the 'contact us' page, or even specified forums. You think that'll work?

EDIT: Can somebody please test this with Safari? Try my site: www.isosdcftp.com
