Help with having "Upcoming Events" Appear at the bottom of all message board pages

Tried this on another board, but no one answered so I will try here.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I currently have "Upcoming Events" for seven days appearing on my message board index page. I would like to have "Upcoming Events" appear at the bottom of all message board pages?
Is this possible, if so will someone please let me know how to set that up.
