ok. . . sorry for this n00b of n00b questions...

problem is...
what does does the RPG acxtually do? doesn't actgually say that anywhere. the few listed features don't actually give the BIG picture, just lists some stuff that might sound interesting if I understood what the basic concept was.

hospital!! cool!! er... ok... so? hospital for what?
clans!! yay!! I have a gaming clan site...does that mean I should be interested?

I get that its supposedly a role playing game (hence RPG)? er... ok. I got mini RPG flash games installed in the arcade, but I assume its not like that.

but... how? or WHAT THE HECK DOES IT DO? in the "real" day-to-day ...why would my forum members care way?
