Secondly, what is the topic, as you don't seem to have any forums for the actual topic, or any posts in them at least...

Replace default vBulletin banner with something customised.

Put something in the block column, as default text is horrible looking at present.

Add some new smilies.

Probably a lot more to change, but I'll let someone else continue saying what needs to change and what is okay.
