Thanks....but you've completely lost me there!

Please, please, please (can you tell I'm desperate now!) can someone advise how this can be done. I have a stunning new logo ready to go, but no idea how to get it centred above the forums.

I've seen centred logos on other forums, so it must be possible! That PeterSka2 or whatever it is forums - they have a centred logo too.
