Ok to sum up, To make a member a moderator I went into AdminCP, Users, Search For Users.

Typed in the member name, then there details came up.

Then at the top right where it says Usergroup Options, I have that set on Moderators from the dropdown box.

Then I save, it shows in there posts that there a moderator, but they dont see the moderator functions in thread tools, or the mod link at the bottom.

What have I not done/missed?
