Is it possible to have the breadcrumb pm info on another page of my website (non-vb page)?

What I am looking to do is have a login area from my homepage, which then goes to another page which will display the breadcrumb PM info and then from that page the user can view the forums or do other things such as post in a gallery which will use the same vB member info.

For now though I just need a way to code that breadcrumb info for PM's into a non-vb page.
