I had the same problem on 3.6.5, I think thats because the title of a plugin was not correctly set.
After I installed it the plugin was called "btu_manage", and it should have been "btu_manager". A small change, but the hack worked fine afterwards.

Big ups to St?bi for his nice additions!

I hope it's okay; but I have attached the product file, including all the changes mentioned by St?bi (I think; I'm new to this)


Got one question though (kinda stupid), where can I find the "view all thread bans" option?? (I'm not using the standard nav bar)
