Still cannot get it to display on my vbAdvanced CMPS portal page IN A MODULE...

The problem seems to be the $cybtopstats variable is not passed to the vbA CMPS modules, if I put it in one of the vbulletin templates like navbar or forumhome it works on the main portal page so cybtopstats is globalised there but not in the modules.
When I display it in forumhome on the frontpage CMPS portal the links are still wrong and assume that the portal page is in the same directory as the forum, which mine is not, portal is in / and forum is in /forum/
