I want to move my vBulletin and vbSeo installation to my VPS, as it's currently on a dodgy shared hosting account, but I'm not sure where to start.

Is there a guide, or someone give me some quick steps on how I should go about doing this?

Is it possible to like just 1 big backup and then upload it onto my server?

Any help is appreciated.
