thanx will look into all this straight away

installed welcome headers. but not sure what i shud put for guests. any examples wud be much appreciated.

removed the links as they arnt usefull at this point in time

Background im stuck on what kind of background i shud have :S same with logos and icons

problem i have with background image is that if iadd a background image it cuts off left n right side of logo at top cos thats also the background
