Anyone willing to make a mod that has a few nice features...and also changeable in AdminCP??

Set options per usergroup (i.e...i can let admins delete, or not delete)...also would be nice to allow superadmins to always have the option to hard delete

if a member who doesn't have the hard delete permission tries to hard delete...it takes them to a custom page explaining the deletion (recycle bin) rules...
