If you want something like Christian Forums done for you, expect to pay thousands. Personally, I think that forum is modded terribly. Atheism FTW!

Anyway, if you must have your board modded, be sure to select a person with advanced PHP, XHTML, CSS, AJAX, and vB knowledge.
Also, I must give you important advice:
Do not do this unless you have serious money to through around.
If you can't do most modding yourself, you'll constantly need to pay others to maintain, upgrade, secure etc your board.
