i want quick register but no confirm pass, no mail no birtday (look picture 1)

it must have only username, password and image verification (look picture 2)

WHY?
when user comes (unregistered), he/she writes only name and password and login.

he/she enters the website as a member, then registers as a member while thinking he/she logs in as a member, then registers as a member while thinking he/she logs in only logs in (sorry for my bad Eng.)

plug-in attached. some one can do that?
