You can disable including member profile links in vBSEO SItemap Generator options.

there is a "vBSEO Sitemap Interface Access Password" setting in the options list.

make sure that you have "minutes" set to "0" in the scheduled task settings.

if you have "Include old URLs" option enabled, you will have *both* SEOed and original URLs included in sitemap.
