How can we delete a paid subscription from a user's profile? Now I actually have users with two kinds of subscriptions on their account because I tried to edit a mistake. (clicked month when I should have hit year). So now they have BOTH and I can't find where to remove one or the other.

Wish I had an answer for you, just thought maybe misery would enjoy company. I've got similar issues to yours!
