I Have found the problem:

In Admin CP go to Language Manager.
Edit your language, look for Date Format and Time Format, I change both with this parameters:

Date format: %d-%b-%Y
Time Format: %H:%M

In Spanish works fine, If you want to change to your format language try this link:
