vb.org Archive - View Single Post - How do I show an icon in the postbit for online users

I've tried all the <if condition="isonline"==1> (i know the coding is wrong, that is just an example from memory).

They all display the content rather they are online or not. I'm using 3.6.4 and would like to display a clickable icon (for a messenger system) if the user is online only. Any help? I've searched many pages here on the site.

I've gotten what I wanted accomplished through the postbit_onlinestatus template. Is it possible to use these variables in the postbit_legacy though?
