Don't worry about it - we were ALL new at one time

In your ACP, go to Styles & Templates > Style Manager > click on Download/Upload Styles.
On the right hand side, go to the box that says Import Style XML File, and in the small box that says Browse, click on that, find the xml file on your computer, double-click so that it appears in that box, then scroll down and click on Import.
