Their 24 hour support guys suggested I ask their admin to move me onto another server because of poor access speed and constant database connect errors. Their admin guys refused to move me saying there was nothing wrong with the present server !?

Members were emailing me to ask if the forum was down because they could not access the site and when they did finally get on, they gave up and left for the day 'cos the site was so slow in loading.
