I'm looking for something that can help my users to use more descriptive titles...

Something like divide the "Post New Thread" in 2 steps... First, only to edit the Title, maybe with a text explaining why they have to be descriptive... And then, continue to the usual interface of "Post New Thread"...

Maybe this will help new users who only puts "HELP!!" in the Title... If you could turn this feature on only for a specific Usergroup [50 posts or less, for example], I think it would be very nice...
