I think you should consider yourself lucky. You are a member of a website which steals the property of the company who owns the forum you are on, for that alone if you were on the forums I moderate elsewhere you have been banned outright without hesitation, you would not have been allowed back and your involvement with the property theft elsewhere would have been looked into.

Frankly I think the moderators have been extremely tolerant for that one fact alone and in my personal opinion you have some growing up to do if you can't see that, or understand the rules, or understand their justification.
