Thumbnail Not created for Tiff.jpg

Getting these error messages when I try to rebuild thumbnails. Is this caused by trying to use the thumbnail option? Should I remove the option?

Looks like "Path to your forums" in "VB image host options" is wrong.
Had the same poroblem, changed the path to "." (dot) now everything seems to be ok.
