Because of 3.6.x somehow don't like it and don'T want to import

I tried to do by hand going into AdminCP->Plugins & Products->Add New Plugin

Write as a title Default Avatar
Choose for Hook Location postbit_display_complete
Copy the code which is inside from <phpcode ><![CDATA[ ....CODE.... ] ]></ phpcode>

And second one as Default Avatar member.php
Hook Memeber_complete
Copied the second code that is inside <phpcode ><![CDATA[ ....CODE.... ] ]></ phpcode>
