If you haven't already, please open a support ticket at network.zoints.com to explain the actions you took in your unistall and include in your ticket a temporary admin account and ftp login info. Without knowing more, I can't help you and this way one of the staff members should be able to help you quickly after your ticket is submitted as I have a meeting to attend shortly.
We'll get it resolved, but it's best to work from a ticket regarding an urgent problem like this.
