There where a lot of changes, and one of those was an edit to the forumhome_vbtrends template. The template shows as red (modified) in the style template list.

When I do the export from APM the old unmodified template is exported.

When working with templates you would need to move into debug mode to edit the code in the products templates in the master style and not the regular child styles. When you export a product either via this addon or from the regular vbulletin product exporter it will include the respective templates from the master style only.
