as everything is expandable on vBulletin, you have to imagine that everythign in design will be expandable also, so you have to calculate the whole tables widths, heights, placing images, background colors, etc...

from ground zero, with nothing in hand, i can tell that a style in it whole can take like 50 hours of design and tests... if you are fair..
