I just switched to a dual dedicated server setup. I'm having complaints from some users that pm notifications aren't going out, yet some say they receive them.
Does vbulletin send out a pm notification if the user is logged in?

The same people complain that sometimes they don't get thread subscriptions. Looking at the email server stats, its sending out over 12,000 emails a day for notifications.
