VBPicGallery can be converted to a VBGarage style addon

if im not mistaken the author of VBPicGallery is either one of the authors of VBGarage or somthing like that

im atchually working on the conversion on my site so you cant tell its athually VBPicGallery

I figured that doing it this way i will have support for all the new versions of VBulliten that come in the future as VBPicGallery is still fully supported.
