How can i accomplish this??

Currently I utilize USER titles based on the amount of post a member has. All of my moderators do not appear as this but instead show moderator.

Some of my users have asked that they be permitted to add an additional line (of their choice) once they receive a specific amount of posts (1,000 or more) i would still like the original user title or moderator title to still appear.

Is this able to be accomplished while still keeping the Moderator title or original user tital based on number of posts?
