There is no easy way.

Restore the old attachments table (to a table called attachments2). Delete all the records that are not his (from attachments2) and then copy the records that are left back into your live attachments table.

(A bit more fancy sql could actually just copy the relevant records from the attachments2 table directly to the live attachments table)
