I have moved the folder all over the place, changing the path appropriately, and still nothing. I followed SkyCatcher's suggestions in post 210, and still nothing. What else is there to do?

Look at what it says ;

$backup['DUMP_PATH'] = '/home/sub/scxxxx/backups'; // Path to backups folder, with trailing slash

Now look at the path you have entered and correct it.
