Feature request for 3.0

Compatible with 3.5.x
Maintain VB's postbit & postbit settings
VBPORTAL modules like newest group, hottest group, etc.
Allow group catagory images via admincp
Easier way to pick random group images in admincp
Add the Group Tools in the usersCP if they have access to Groups
Allow member group images when creating new group on/off via the admincp
