Default Request: Time-based enable/disable new registrations.
I'd really like to do something on my site to only allow new regstrations every other week, or every other month. Not sure if it's been done, but I searched and didn't see much.

If there was an option to automate it instead of manually ticking off Allow new Registrations, I'd be a happy guy.
