With just a rather quick overview...and basic thoughts...

get a custom skin...(in my point of view...the default vb skin is retchid...and needs to be redone by default...)...but yeah...you should definately get a better skin that matches the forum theme...

remove the moderator column...it looks bad for one, and secondly...if someone wants to know who mods what forums...they can look at the forum leaders list... http://www.atlanticanglers.com/forum/showgroups.php
