Can anyone help? I've installed a style but realised the buttons and the links are not what I want... how do I change them? Sorry, newbie here needs some help.

When I tried creating new buttons, it sort of screws up. I do not have the .png nor .psd files for the button images so im unable to create buttons of the exact size... any way to get around this problem?
