Hey, Its Something Wrong. In The Installation Readme it says to find in admincp/index.php

if (can_administer('canadminsettings'))
{
AND SO ON, I DIDNT PUT WHOLE FILE ON... JUST an Exampel

I did a search and cant find that part. Whats going on. Also i uploaded the vbchat.xml and
it says it cant find it in directory. Its something wierd cause it shows it on the web.
