You installed an add-on called EZ Bounced Email Management, described as an add-on to help you easily manage bounced emails, and now you're wondering why you're getting notifications about bounced emails?

If memory serves, you also installed the Inactive Member Notifications add-on as well. Do you think that combination might be the reason?
