hello, installed on 3.6.x all very well apart from the fact that it doesnt auto notify google (yes i have it switched on in admin to do so)

i mean it all works, i generated it and submitted it via google webmaster tools manually all well and good but doesnt seem to do it automaticaly

any help plz...
