Good evening all

can any body help me to make a plugin for vBulletin? Version 3.6.5???

already I inset 2 Fields in User taple which are : IsMemberWatched & WatcherMail
And I can edit them in AdminCP

What th Plugin do ???

If the Member Watched make new thread And the Variable (IsMemberWatched) is yes Then send a notification Email to (WatcherMail) to notify the wactcher that there is a new thread made by Member Watched ...

Can any body tell me how can i make this puligin ?
