Clean design, although a bit on the busy side. The inside shading border needs to be added to the footer. The white borders around the header (bottom and right) don't look that great. Puting the shoutbox on the bottom wouldn't be a bad idea as well. On the subpages, "Threadtools" etc menu is still purple, doesn't match. But I figure you're still working on that. Same deal with the "Intermediate" image. Other than that it's a good start, nice top menu.
