That's a very good idea...

If someone is giving the members or your staff a hard time, just strip away the interesting graphics, remove their access to your most popular sections, and lock that person into a monotonous style that is barely tolerable. Almost anything you can do other than banning the member is better than fueling their reason to keep fighting.

This style or something like it would work beautifully with the 'miserable' user's hack.
