vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Direct a user to a single thread only

Is there anything available to direct a single user to a single thread, continually. I want to make said user aware that the thread is in existance, but PM/email isn't working. Once they've been to the thread (and hopefully posted!) I can remove the mod and they can use the forum as usual.

I'd imagine this would be possible through a bit of vBcode rather than an actual mod, maybe in the header or something (guessing here)? I've searched and searched on here but to no avail, so is anyone able to help at all?
